1. Payments
- Advance payment of a 30% deposit per person at the time of booking;
- Balance payment: up to 30 days before the departure date.
2. Required information for all travelers:
- Full name in Latin characters as per international passport;
- Personal identification number (EGN) or date of birth if the person is a foreign national;
- Passport number and expiration date;

3. Cancellation deadlines:
1. The deadline by which the consumer can cancel the contract (cancellation) without incurring a penalty is up to 60 days before the date of travel.
2. For cancellations made 59 to 31 days before the departure date, the penalty is equal to the required deposit according to the specific program’s conditions, but no less than 30% of the travel cost.
3. For cancellations made 30 days or less before the departure date, the penalty is 100% of the travel cost.
IMPORTANT: Due to the constantly changing fuel prices, airlines may impose a fuel surcharge. In such cases, the tour operator reserves the right to adjust the travel price according to the actual fuel surcharge, which will be applicable to all bookings for the flight, regardless of when they were made. The fuel prices in the program for Sofia and Marrakech are calculated with parameters of $850/ton and 1 euro = 1.18 dollars. If fuel prices change, a fuel surcharge may be applied. This surcharge will be announced by the tour operator and must be paid by the consumer no later than 21 days before the departure date.

Day 1: Sofia - Marrakech
Meeting at Sofia Airport for a direct charter flight to Marrakech. Meet and greet by the partner company on-site. Transfer from the airport to the hotel and check-in at Le Printemps Blue Sea 4*. Free time. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Marrakech
After breakfast, visit the Majorelle Gardens (optional, for an additional fee: 40 euros for entrance and transfer). The history of the garden dates back to 1920 when French painter Jacques Majorelle purchased it and breathed new life into it. Yves Saint Laurent took over the management of the garden in 1980, enriched it, and ensured it did not fall into obscurity. City tour of Marrakech. The entire day will be dedicated to exploring Marrakech, the jewel of the South. This enchanting, thriving city is located at the foot of the High Atlas Mountains and surrounded by a palm oasis. Marrakech embodies the luxury and splendor of the East, with the grandeur and opulence of Eastern palaces. As one of the capitals during the rule of three Moroccan sultan dynasties, it boasts numerous museums and architectural landmarks, each a masterpiece of art. After lunch, visit the Koutoubia Mosque (externally), the Menara Pavilion, and the splendid example of palace architecture – the Bahia Palace, as well as the famous Jemaa el-Fna Square. This is a true open-air theater. You will see yogis, snake charmers, fortune tellers, magicians, fruit vendors, and sellers of exotic spices. Return to the hotel by bus, while those who wish to stay out late can return independently. Dinner at the hotel and overnight stay. Optional additional excursion: "Chez Ali" show (for an additional fee, including the program: 60 euros per person. Transfer is not included).
Day 3: Marrakech – Ouzoud – Rabat (325 km)
Breakfast. After breakfast, depart for Ouzoud, where you will have the chance to enjoy one of Morocco's natural wonders, the Ouzoud Waterfalls. Here you can see lush green gardens, mills, orchards, and the majestic gorge of the El Adid River, which translates from Arabic as the "Slaves’ River." The name Ouzoud comes from Berber and means "olive," referring to the olive trees found in the area. Depart for Rabat, the administrative capital of Morocco, located on the Atlantic coast and on the southern bank of the Bou Regreg River, which separates the city from the neighboring city of Salé. The establishment of the capital dates back to the 2nd century BC, and in 1195 AD, during the Almohad dynasty, Yacoub al-Mansour designed the construction of a large city covering 400 hectares, surrounded by a protective wall with five main gates. Panoramic city tour, including: the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, the Hassan Tower, and the Royal Palace (viewed from the outside). Visit the Kasbah of the Udayas, passing through the pirate city to the panoramic viewpoint overlooking Rabat, Salé, and the ocean. Check-in at "Helnan Chellah Rabat" / "Rive" 4* (or similar). Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4: Rabat – Meknes – Volubilis – Fes (280 km)
Breakfast. After breakfast, depart for Meknes. Upon arrival in Meknes, also known as the “Moroccan Versailles,” stop for a panoramic view of the city. The tour continues through the holy city of Moulay Idriss, where there will be time for lunch and a brief visit to the ruins of Volubilis. After a walk through the ruins of the ancient Roman city of Volubilis, depart for Fes. Check-in at Hotel Sofia 4* (or similar). Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5: Fes
Breakfast. The entire day will be dedicated to exploring Fes, the oldest imperial city and the third largest city in Morocco after Casablanca and Rabat. Founded in 790 AD by Moulay Idriss II, it later became a religious center of Morocco. The tour begins with a visit to a ceramics factory and a brief photo stop for panoramic views of the city. Fes is divided into three parts: Fes el-Bali – the old part, enclosed by fortress walls and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site; Fes Jdid – part of the new city, including the so-called Mellah (Jewish quarter); and Ville Nouvelle – the newest part of Fes, created by the French. Opportunity to visit the medieval Medina. You will have the chance to see the Bou Inania Madrasa, which is not just a former Muslim religious school but also one of the most interesting landmarks of ancient Fes. It is considered one of the remarkable examples of world architecture. The Bou Inania Madrasa was built between 1350 and 1355 in Moorish style. Nearby is the hydraulic clock with an incredible structure, Dar Al Magana, and the oldest university in Morocco, Al Quaraouiyine, established in 859 AD, which remains one of the leading spiritual and educational centers in the Muslim world. The tour continues with a visit to the famous Nejjarine Fountain and the commercial street, considered one of the most beautiful in Morocco. After lunch, visit a traditional leather goods factory. Return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6: Fes - Casablanca - Marrakech - (524 km) - Sofia
Breakfast. After breakfast, depart for Casablanca. Upon arrival, enjoy a city tour of Casablanca, the economic capital of the kingdom and the largest cosmopolitan city steeped in Moroccan history. Visit the old Medina and Mohammed V Square, the commercial street running alongside the city’s residential blocks dating back to 1930. Pass through United Nations Square and the largest park, Arab League Park. Visit the Hassan II Mosque (externally). The mosque is renowned for having the tallest minaret in the world and is the fifth largest mosque globally.
