EU citizens (with the exception of nationals of the United Kingdom and Ireland who are not Parties to the Agreement) - holders of a valid ordinary passport or a diplomatic, service, official or special passport issued by an EU Member State, and UAE nationals - holders of a valid passport or a diplomatic, service, official or special passport issued by the UAE, shall be exempted from the obligation to hold a short-stay visa when entering and staying in the territory of the other Contracting Party for up to 90 days, for each period of 180 days at the date of entry.
