The departure is at 08:00 from the parking lot in front of the central entrance of Vasil Levski National Park along the route: Vasil Levski National Park => Evlogi Georgiev Blvd. => Cherni vrah Blvd. => Ring road => district "Dragalevtsi" => ski area "Aleko".
The return is on the reverse route, with the group arriving at the parking lot in front of Vasil Levski National Park at around 4:30 p.m.
Possibility to drop off/pick up the participants along the route:

Customers should be at their requested stop approximately 15 minutes earlier as the vehicle stops without waiting.
Cancellations before the start of the course
Prepaid packages can be canceled without penalty, no later than three working days before the start of the course. In case of cancellation after this period and before the start of the course, 70% of the value of the services is refunded, and the remaining 30% is withheld as a penalty.
Cancellations after the course has started
In case of cancellation of a package or part of it without valid reason, the amount will not be refunded to the customer.
Missed classes due to health or other respectable reasons can be made up within 14 days after the supposed end date of the enrolled course. Only if the organizers have been notified in advance in writing to the specified email address of the day of absence and the chosen day of practice. In the absence of prior written information about the no-show, catch-up might be refused. Absence for health reasons is certified by a medical note.
Two changes are allowed to the previously arranged dates of classes under the program. More changes may be refused.
In case of cancellation of a day/days of the program by the organizers due to lack of minimum number of participants, insufficient snow cover or other unfavorable weather conditions, the missed activities can be completed in an additional time agreed between the parties (within 14 days after the assumed date of completion of the enrolled course). If the client is unable to attend- the amount for the missed classes will be refunded, after presentation of a receipt or invoice.
In the case of force majeure, both parties are released from responsibility by taking actions to settle the relations between them until the date of occurrence of the force majeure situation.

"Balkan Holidays Services" EOOD is not responsible for the disruption of the school's work schedule and the provided transport due to problems with the passability or cleaning of the road to the "Aleko" hut.
Can I use my own transport?
What is included in the course price?
- transport by licensed bus/minibus to/from the Aleko ski area;
- 4 hours of training from qualified ski/snowboard instructors per day;
- ski/snowboard equipment;
- group mountain insurance;
- ski diploma for completed ski/snowboard course.
The price does NOT include:
- lift card (extra charge);
- lunch;
- all expenses of a personal nature;
Is the ski pass included in the price?
You can pay it:
1. in advance together with the course - only with us you get a 20% discount on the price of a lift card at the box office (when purchasing it in advance together with a prepaid full package);
2. or to pay it additionally after its completion, when you will be informed about the facilities actually used during the training.
!!! For prepaid and unused lift cards, the amounts are refunded.
What clothing do you recommend for the purpose of the course?
- thermal socks;
- winter gloves made of impermeable material;
- winter hat;
- helmet for personal safety during the course;
- sunglasses with high UV protection;
- personal helmet
Children should use sunscreen and carry a backpack with a spare hat, gloves, underwear, socks, T-shirt, with a label with the child's name.

Recommendations for parents of children who will participate in the course:
It is mandatory for the child to wear appropriate winter clothing. It is desirable that the outfit should be of two parts - a jacket and a warmer. No more than one pantyhose or thermal underwear under the heating pad. The ski team should allow convenient removal indoors and facilitate restroom breaks.
It is good for the child to be in ¾ thermal socks, comfortable for skiing, and definitely not thick woolen socks or more than one pair of regular socks.
When using your own equipment, it must be labeled, checked and adapted to the height and capabilities of the child.
The parent must be at the departure location at least 15 minutes before departure and before the return of the bus.
It is necessary to leave an up-to-date telephone number for contacting the parent, guardian or the person responsible for the child.
Every parent is obliged to prepare for his child:
- winter gloves made of impermeable material;
- helmet or winter hat to cover the ears (helmet is preferable);
- children's backpack with a label with the child's name, address and phone number of the parent;
- a spare pair of socks + underwear for the little ones, gloves and an extra T-shirt;
- sunglasses (recommended ski goggles);
- sunscreen with high UV protection;
- food and bottle/thermos with drinking water.
Note that the following are dangerous during the course: scarves, ties, dangling accessories.
